J&J Kuwait Wellbeing Program:

Empower Yourself in Times of Change

The pandemic has turned many of our work and personal lives upside down. Our core beliefs have been challenged and we are having to adapt in real time. With the pandemic continuing into 2021, people are becoming ever more fearful of the uncertainty ahead. This is exacerbated for teams based in Kuwait, where the restrictions have been exceptionally severe. Expats have not been able to leave the country to visit their families and some are still stuck abroad, unable to return.

The purpose of this program is to enable the team to deal with change and uncertainty whilst continuing to drive the business. 

Who is this program for?

 This program is designed specifically for the medical devices team based in Kuwait.

Format

  • 90-120min group coaching workshops, running monthly over 4 months (July – October)
  • One 30min individual session per person – you can choose when to take this within the duration of the program
  • Delivered over Zoom
  • Highly engaging and interactive

Individual sessions

The session can be taken any time between during the program (July – October). Book in the beginning of the program if you would like to focus on goal-setting. Book in the middle of the program if you would like to track your progress. Book towards the end of the program if you would like to review your journey and consolidate learnings.

1. Self-empowerment – taking ownership of your wellbeing

You hold the power to your wellbeing. This session explores the power of the mind and guides you to choose a more resonant mindset for your wellbeing.

In this session, you will learn how to process your emotions in a healthy way, rather than being overwhelmed or suppressing them. You will also explore to hold paradoxical and contradictory feelings.

3. Leveraging multiple intelligences to make better decisions

We have multiple sources of intelligence – our mind (logic), our gut (intuition) and our heart (values). Listening to and aligning them leads to more holistic wellbeing decisions. Practical exercise to connect and align mind-body-heart.
