OVERVIEW
Thought-provoking and highly interactive, this masterclass guides participants to close out the previous chapter with gratitude, set a personal growth vision for the next chapter and make a plan to achieve it.
Format
2 x 60min sessions, 3-6 months apart
Session 1
- Fast-paced, focused on the 5 E’s framework
- The objective is to close out the past chapter, envision who you want to become as a leader in the next chapter, define a strategy and commit to one action step.
- Uses a mix of theory, models, real-life stories, visualization, self-reflection and a short group discussion
Session 2
- Slower paced, focused group discussion and interaction
- The objective is to track progress on the actions set in the first session, celebrate successes and discuss how to overcome barriers
- Discussions in the wider group and smaller breakouts > come prepared to share!

- You can choose to focus on any topic of personal growth, for example an opportunity or challenge

PREPARATION
Online sessions
1. Download the workbook and bring it to the session (digital or print copy are both ok) > link below
2. Make sure you have Zoom installed, updated and working
3. Join via a computer (not tablet or phone) – the session is interactive and you need to be able to type in the chat etc.
4. Turn on your video, mute sound unless you are speaking – this limits background noise
5. If you would like to see ‘subtitles,’ turn on captions (Zoom menu > … more > captions > English > turn on)

THE FACILITATOR
Desi helps teams and leaders to sustain peak performance in times of complex change, such as post-merger integration and organizational restructure. She does this through team and 1on1 coaching, equipping leaders with the right mindset and tools to bring out the best in themselves and others.

We partnered with Desi to deliver the opening session for the launch of our women’s network. The workshop focused on Self-Empowerment for Female Leaders.
