Partnership principles
In order to deliver sustainable results for clients, I partner with key individuals and organizations on a long-term basis. My partnerships are principle-based:
- Respect: we treat each other in high regard and care for each other’s core needs
- Transparency: we proactively share key information with each other and have open conversations about money
- Reciprocity: we share and lead proactively and we are responsive
- Results-focused: we speak less and take more action instead. We make things happen.
- Fairness: we are fairly and proportionately rewarded for our contributions, however big or small
- Challenge: we challenge each other’s thinking and mindset, stimulating personal growth and better execution
- Fun: we have more fun working together than working alone!
Profit sharing
We share profits in line with the principles of transparency and fairness – i.e. we get proportionately compensated for the work we put into the client relatinoship, selling and delivery.
Assumptions:
- Client relationship costs are 20% of revenue
- Selling costs are 20% of revenue
- Payment to Partner is made following delivery, within a week of client payment
- Payment to Partner is inclusive of VAT
Scenario A: We do everything together, from scratch
- We find a new prospect, reach out to them and do the whole sales process together
- We each deliver our services
- We jointly own the client relationship

Scenario B: Desi develops the client relationship, we jointly sell and deliver the work
- Desi builds the client relationship
- Desi sells the project
- We each deliver our services
- Desi continues to own the client relationship

Scenario C: Desi develops the client relationship and sells, we jointly deliver the work
- Desi builds the client relationship
- Desi sells the project
- We each deliver our services
- Desi continues to own the client relationship

Scenario D: Desi refers Partner and they do the selling and delivery
- Desi has built the client relationship
- Desi refers Partner for a project
- Partner sells the project, delivers the services and manages the payments
